PR Engineering was appointed by the QS and the client to assist with bringing super luxury house to life, located in Bakoven, Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. The house stands out above the rest and required a full professional team to assist with the various aspects of engineering required. An intricate hot water system that connects the underfloorheating, solar, pool and domestic hot water was designed and installed to ensure a world class hot water generation system. Our scope also covered the electrical, electronic and mechanical systems in the house.
