PR Engineering Africa was appointed as the Fire Engineering Consultant and Hot Water Plant Designer for Academia Student Residence Blocks 27 and 28 in Stellenbosch. Our scope included the development of the fire engineering strategy and regulatory compliance requirements for the student accommodation buildings, together with the design of the central domestic hot water generation and distribution systems. The project focused on delivering safe, efficient, and reliable building services that support high-occupancy residential living while ensuring compliance with applicable fire and building regulations.
