PR Engineering Africa was appointed by a private client to provide comprehensive Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Smoke Ventilation, Fire Detection, and Automatic Sprinkler System design services for a new warehouse development in Dal Josafat, Paarl. Our scope included the development of a fire safety strategy, design of the automatic sprinkler protection system, smoke ventilation systems, fire detection and alarm systems, and the mechanical engineering services required to support the operational requirements of the facility. The design was developed to achieve compliance with the relevant fire and building regulations while ensuring a safe, efficient, and functional warehouse environment for the client and future occupants. Project was completed in mid 2026
