PR Engineering Africa was appointed by Horizon Capital Developers to provide Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Fire, and Wet Services Engineering for the Oakwood residential development in Hermanus. The project involved the design and coordination of all building services infrastructure, including air-conditioning and ventilation systems, electrical power and lighting installations, fire protection systems, and water supply and drainage services. Our multidisciplinary approach ensured the seamless integration of engineering services while delivering a safe, efficient, and sustainable development that met the client's operational, regulatory, and long-term performance requirements. Project was completed in mid 2024
